Returns


R E T U R N S POLICY

We pride ourselves on the quality of our garments, and hope any purchase you make will be cherished for many years.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with a store credit or exchange.

Returns must be requested within 7 days (Australian orders) or 14 days (International orders) of receiving your garment. Notify us at info@laelia.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to arrange a return. Once the return is received, please expect up to 3- 5 business days to process your return into an exchange or store credit.

Please note that store credits are valid for three years from purchase date.

The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor.  

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return. Any items returned to Laelia without approval will be returned at the customers’ expense.

Please note that customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    We are unfortunately unable to accept returns on sale items.

    However you are welcome to exchange your sale item for a different size in the same style if an alternate size is available. Customers are required to cover any relevant shipping costs associated with the exchange of a sale item. 

     

    How to make a return

    To request a return please email info@laelia.com.au with your full name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and the reason for your return.

    Unapproved returns will not be processed.

    Where to send your return

    Return address and Return Authorization Number will be provided by email once approved. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during postage back to us.
